SALSARRICA en RADIO GENETO

On Monday, January 8, Radio Geneto was attended by Guillermo Albelo, founder and producer of SALSARRICA, the Canarian group leader on songs dedicated to the Carnival of Tenerife.

The reason for the interview was the edition, by Tabaiba Records, of the new album “Rumberos para siempre” that is dedicated to the Comparsa Los Rumberos, to which the founder of Salsarrica belonged when he was young. It is a tribute to the older “comparsa” of the carnival of Tenerife.

During the interiew there was a telephone call  from Juan José Monzón, director of Los Rumberos, who was grateful for this tribute and congratulated Guillermo Albelo for this new work that is added to SALSARRICA’s already long list of carnival songs since 1990.
